Bonus points if you can effectively estimate when people are in that particular stage of sleep that makes them really tired when they are suddenly woken up.

*pat pat* It's okay, that's why snopes is such a good thing, because the rest of us are pretty clueless and tend to believe that someone is telling the truth just because they say they are. Or something. But mostly 'cause snopes is just such a generally cool site. Yeah, I dunno where I'm going with this either. :-P
