The answer is simple, only rent to faaabulously gay folk, who will renovate it every week. Seriously though, people seriously think like that? Amazing.

I can see how they got there, but it's wrong and you were right to point it out.

It's easy for people to go, "Oh, look at those crazy gay pride parades, hoe decadent!" but those same people don't think about Mardi Gras, and the Sturgis Bike Rally, Spring Breaks, and any number of "Straights Gone Wild" events in the same way even though they're surely more numerous. I suppose it's because they don't consciously identify themselves as "straight" events. "Heteronormativity?" "You're soaking in it!"
