It's another potluck lunch at work again. Usually I just buy something, but this time I decided to try making a salad (no cooking involved, so it's should be easy). This is the end result:

Is it Waldorf, or Walldorf?

I only ask because I'm working in the latter, and the city name is often miss-spelled.

Yep, Waldorf is the correct spelling, although the name does indirectly come from the city, as the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, where the name of the salad comes from, uses an Americanization of Walldorf.

Mmmm looks good, but if I ever come visit and you make it you'd have to leave the nuts out... some where in my teens I developed a mild allergy to walnuts.
