Yeah, I know it's a bit late, but I wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, and I hope everyone has an excellent New Year, along with your families!! ♥ *hugs f-list*
On another note, I FINALLY saw New Moon lol a bit late, I know :)
I'm not making a full review, I just wanted to say a few things:
I loved New Moon, it was way better than Twilight, the visual effects, the make-up (not so pale, thank God!) and the acting in general... but I felt, and I don't want anyone getting angry at this, that Kristen & Taylor did a better job at bringing the emotions of Bella & Jacob's relashionship, you could almost feel their strugle, the rain-scene was excellent... all I felt for Jacob in the book was annoyance, believe me, but movie!Jacob really got to me...
On the other hand, I felt nothing with Rob... it's a shame, I thought he got some scenes right, but others it felt as if he was forced to say some lines... I wasn't moved by their goodbye scene (except maybe when he's gone and Bella's left alone), and I definitely wasn't moved by his Brasil scene... he didn't look crushed, just plain expressionless...
I'm sorry, maybe I'm being too hard on him, I still liked him better than in Twilight, but I expected a bit more than just sit there looking pretty :)
Oh, and Charlie's still one of the best things that's happened to the films!! Love him!!
