The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook by Edmund J. Bourne.

I just got it; haven't read the whole thing but it's been helpful so far.

Try exercising 5-6 times a week...apparently it's the #1 thing you can do, naturally, to help.

I need to take my own advice..blarg!

I dont know if it would help but salt candles and lamps are supposed to be really good at calming people down and helping their well being. The only place I have found them here is at little mysteries on barrington. This websit will give you some more info: http://bedrockfossils.com/noname3.html
