Freaking Point Systems...

I need a place to keep track of my dieting. I have some little paper booklets from Weight Watchers, but the layout is annoying. If you don't want to read about this, please leave a comment, and I can either make a filter or set them to private. For this first one, I 'm just going to use an lj-cut.

Don't know if it will help, since I don't use weight watcher's system, but I'm signed up with a free food and exercise tracking program at www.fitday.com
