Awww sweetie *big hugs* You know, everything takes practice. If you don't try, you can't fall flat on your face that is true, but who knows what might happen if you do try...

It is like what I always say about people who think they can not draw. I say how many times have you tried, 7, 70? Come back when you have tried 700 times and tell me there isn't improvement.

All of that aside though, lol. Have you ever thought about getting a beta? That really helped me a lot.

You're right huni, and I know that it takes practice.
It's just so.. frustrating. In my mind I know what I want my stories to look like, to sounds like, but then I cannot think of the right way to put it in English, and then I have to rewrite whole scenes just because of that and it takes away the 'flow' in the fic. I have to think about every sentence.. And they never turn out how I had imagined it.

I should get a beta, do you have any recommendations? You maybe? ;-)

Also, the never turning out as you imagined it? That is pretty much standard, lol.

I have it with painting as well, it doesn't come out at all as I had pictured it in my head, but sometimes you just have to let go of that picture and see what it is you HAVE created. It makes for some really nice surprises that way :D

I know, but sometimes you just get frustrated, you know, because you cannot seem to translate your ideas into imaged or words they way you want to.

The pic is an inspiration for me, I love the black&white & sweaty Sean.
Somehow I thought it fit the secret, as what this pic is doing to me is another thing I cannot capture in words.

Perhaps you might try a few drabbles to get you going and work up from there, maybe you're setting your target too high with a whole fic for now. But that picture sure gets the juices flowing!
