Well we made it to Puerto Rico - eventually. Yesterday was spent going splat on the beach and swimming in the lovely sea. I seemed to totally miss my ankles with suntan lotion so now they are red as a beacon and bit itchy but otherwise all is good ( Read more... )

In preparation for my Reiki I course with the lovely thepixy on Saturday I've been having a bit of a detox, part of which has been cutting out caffeine. Now, I wouldn't have thought I consumed that much... a few cups of tea (well about 6 - 8 actually) and a couple of cans of diet pepsi.
