SOPA stands for Stop Online Piracy Act. It was shelved briefly and then brought back to life. Trouble is in the air and stupid is in the drinking water.

SOPA may have gone the way of the dodo...for now...but PIPA's still there, as well as ACTA on the global scale and PCIPA. Yep, the world is full of stupid at present.
