I'm running (up until pretty recently) a blog pretty much devoted to Second Life, games, emergent technology, et cetera, et cetera. I maintain a fairly active Tumblr presence. I have a Twitter account that gets some use, at least now and again. When I have the time I check in on another blog I diffidently maintain, and then if there's time left in the day beyond hanging with the girls, and occasional food, I play Neverwinter, Star Wars: the Old Republic, Minecraft, Second Life, or watch playthroughs of games I can't play (mostly due to not owning the consoles they'd need to run).
Past all that, I hang out with a long-distance friend and watch more gamer oddity, or movies, or we romp around in one game or another.
Past that? Generally I sleep. There is no time for LJ!
