Well, I understand where they are comming from...grass roots internet journalism IS one of the western worlds biggest barriers to functioning fascist state. Once corporations can make "deals" I have a feeling more than a few of these deals will involving pwning "terrorist" web pages. For those of us of the "terrorist" persuasion (ie, socialists, anarchists, radical environmentalists, anti-war activists, generally good people etc) this is a big problem. Even if it takes a while this really establishes the legal framework for SERIOUS limitations on free speech. Le cry.
