i'm not a doctor but can say the others are right - you should see a doctor to ease your worries.

All i do know from having Oncologists for bosses is that they would ask if it moves, does it hurt?

i recently had a bump on my chest but it didn't move and it hurt like hell because i fucked with it the night before, thinking it was a pimple LOL it wasn't and it wasn't cancer either.
It's a cyst.

Go see a doctor though ;)
