So dad is home and doing well. The dialysis sessions are going long, up to 8 hours, because of some problems due to lines on the machine. So seeing how tomorrow is the beginning of Lent (in some circles), who observes this and what are you giving up? Even if you aren't one of us Christian Types to you give something up for Lent? If so what are your reasons?

So dad wasn't released on Tuesday. There seems to be an issue with his foot they want to check out. So Tina and I just went to visit. We coudn't stay the whole day but we stayed for a while. So I got the upcoming schedule for the rest of the year. February 17th is the goodwill tournament for PEI/NB. I doubt I'll be able to switch my shifts around so I can attend though. We'll see.
