It was in a secured government warehouse over on the east side of town, in what could probably be called the warehouse district. Lots of large buildings, a lot of big trucks.. Not the prettiest bit of Oklahoma, to be sure ( Read more... )

hey, sorry you were out so late on wednesday.

and i understand that you were probably extremely tired last night, but it would have been nice if you would have called me and told me that you weren't up to coming over and fiddling with my computer anymore, that way i wouldn't have sat at home all night... i could have gone out.

anyways, give me a call whenever you read this. i'm at my parents house now (since you know, i have no internet at my appartment... i havent' been able to flag down the neighbor, he hasn't been home that i can tell and i don't know his roommate). i should be at my appartment though sometime in the next couple hours. i'm going to eat some of my parents food, watch some of their TV and then go take care of that ticket... and then i'll be home.

I'll take a MB/CPU, some RAM, a video card, and a sound card unassembled, untested, for like $35, provided you let me trade a part if it doesn't work. =P My web/music server is super-dead ATM, so I could use some new parts for cheap. :)

Do you happen to have a pen tablet or a flatbed scanner for sale? Are there any laptops or laptop parts (CDROMs especially)?

If I were you, I'd try to sell the lots on eBay, possibly even piece-by-piece. Look up prices for things (yeah, that part's a lot of work) and set them (just under the going rate) that way. If you don't mind me asking, how cheap did you get the whole lot? Would you rather get rid of the parts fast, or make slightly more profit over a much longer time?
