I just want to hug Ianto, he's more hurt and saddened than afraid of facing Lisa, but Jack, the completely unexpected vision, was a different matter. Perhaps because he's made his peace with losing Lisa but losing Jack is a greater fear almost than losing his own life. But even so, he knows what he's seeing isn't real, and as always, he pushes on with the job at hand. Really, he's handled the situation better than any of them so far.

There are very few times in the series where we see Ianto actually lose control of his emotions. He's just always so well put together, like he always knows what to expect. But in this scenario he sees one thing he can't cope with: losing another person that he loves. We all saw how losing Lisa nearly destroyed him, and I think the idea of going through that again with Jack would be absolutely terrifying to him.
