life can suck, everything falls apart, and Im still here, can I make it through, or will my land lord through me out, as he's threatening, just because I didnt call him back.

What happened? The landlord is bound by the lease terms.

There is no lease, I pay month to month. Im quite sure a lot of what my landlord does is not right, but I need a place to live more then a lawsuit.
