Reading this synopsis of TF2 was about as mind-numbing as sitting through the first movie was, but at least it only took a few minutes.

"TF2" is short for "Team Fortress 2". And, no, it will never be short for "Transformers:Revenge of the Fallen".

If nothing else, Transformers fans have been abbreviating the name to "TF" for years now.

No reasonable search will yield TF as an abbreviation for Transformers without actually including "Transformers". So, in terms of conveying meaning, it's useless.

Still, hearing some of the many problems of the TF2 movie and with people thinking it's great makes me worry we might get to see Idiocracy's "ASS" much earlier than previously expected.

I had to read that a few times before it sunk in that that's actual dialogue from the film. Ye gods.
