While Andrew and I were in Missouri, David (his brother) had a psychotic episode and beat up Anne, in addition to destroying a good chunk of the house. He broke the glass out of the backdoor, and practically ripped the front door of its hinges. Of course what happened to the house was nothing compared to what happened to Anne. As she was bending

Unless you saw the assault, you can't report it. Even if you did see the abuse and called the police, it would be up to the parents to press charges...I think the cops can press charges as well if they feel she is in more danger and won't prosecute. As soon as he turns 18 they can legally kick him out of the house. He can leave on his own at 17 and they can do nothing..at least that is the way in Missouri. They really need to do something, how awful for her!

I think...and I can research this more through friends who really would know, that you can inform his physician who can then do a whole lot of stuff including getting the police involved without the parents' consent. But you'd also have to know the physicians info so...sorry not much help I guess but I'll keep looking
