The Atk is quite sweet, but competitively he is not defensive enough to be a tank and too slow to be a sweeper (and doesn't have any other tricks besides punching things hard).
But who cares, FLYING AROUND ON A GIANT MECHA that is also somehow a ghost. He is my best buddy and I can feed him cream puffs.
No no no I'm trying to convince myself that I'm done with pokemon and there can't possibly be anything as awesome as giant flying robots in the newer games that might tempt me to play...
But... Um... Out of curiosity, which version is that and is it good?
First you should know that talking to me will not benefit your wallet/time any. ;)
This is Pokemon X/Y (I've got X but it doesn't really matter) and it is quite good. They've streamlined a ton of quality-of-life things that were laborious in the previous games, and your little monster pals are cuter than ever because you can interact with them a lot more. The online features are really great too, even for a recluse like me - you can easily search & trade for anything you need, among other things. If you've got a 3DS, absolutely get it. If you don't have a 3DS... I won't say you should necessarily shell out that much cash just to play pokeymans. But X/Y is the best generation by far IMO.
Oh yeah, and you can catch a WAAAAY huger variety of mons in X/Y, unlike previous gens where they are usually stingy and give you only a handful of boring guys from older generations. My robot buddy originated in the previous gen (which I largely skipped).

And Ground/Ghost? That sounds like a nice type combination too.
