I have found one Lily Pike in the 1901 census born about 1898, which is probably much too late, and living in Ystradfodwg (where one of my ancestresses was born). Her parents were Richard and Elizabeth, siblings Margaret and Sidney. She was born in Ferndale, Glamorgan.

Also a second Lily Pike, born about 1886 in Ilminster and then living in Canton, Glamorgan. Parents Alfred and Emily, siblings Charlie, Elisa, Emma, Fredrick and Willie.

Anyway, I'm not convinced either of those is likely, so I'll dig around on a few more websites and let you know if I track the lady down.
