he obviously has a crush on you; if you're just honest with the poor kid, he'll probably start acting normal or might even leave you alone by choice.

tell him you have a boyfriend and you're not interested. he might act like he doesn't know what you're talking about but he'll probably leave you alone afterwards.

I felt saying, "I have a boyfriend" would be too pretentious, but it will get the hint across for sure.
