On Autism...

i don't know how many of you know that 2 of Brian's and my children have Asperger's Syndrome - a mild form of autism - high on the Austism Spectrum. Even tho it's "mild" - it greatly affects our lives. Jeffrey is 12. He is in sixth grade. He is so very very intellegent that it scares me sometimes... but socially, he doesn't get it...

If you have bittorrent you should check out Regenesis.. both seasons can be downloaded online.. its a Canadian show I've been ranting about.. and one of the main characters is a biochemist with Asperger's named Bob. I don't know how accurate it is but it made me much more aware of it.
