I have finished writing Jamie's biography for loves_them_all's Companion Posting Month (and I hope it doesn't suck *crosses fingers*) and I'm currently working on the second post for that project, which is a picspammy list of reasons why he is such an amazing character. This episode was never shown on BBC Prime, and I can see why. The theme is very controversial, and I can easily see the more PC people being unable to realize the social comments and satire of the script and vetoing its broadcast because it’s “OMG insulting!”
