Hey Mari - it's Claire, from Beaumont? I found your livejournal from facebook.
I can kinda understand what you're feeling, but maybe would it help to look at it this way? You've travelled so much and made so many friends - who still keep in contact with you if your facebook page is anything to go by! - that wherever you go in the world, you'll always have someone to catch up with. Maybe you may not be with them physically, but you're still in their thoughts and they're still in yours.
And with your personality, you can make friends wherever you go, so when you get to Australia I've no doubt that you will quickly start showing them all how amazing you are!
Heeehee, I've been loitering around for a while, but I am not the most active lj-er... My activity is directly proportional to how much work I really should be doing...
I'll let you know if anything does happen - although it probably won't be for a couple of weeks as I don't finish my exams until the 2nd, and it'll be probably just me and Jonny, and a couple of guys from our course, as housemate situation is kinda patchy at present...
But as Summer is here, and Jonny has bought himself a barbecue, I have no doubt that soon after exams he will be wanting to display his manly bbq-ing skills again, so I will definitely let you know!
When're you heading off the Oz, or has that not been confirmed yet?
