I remember fondly the Ghostbusters game I played on my C64, the one published by Activision. I never did 'beat' it though, I don't remember why. But it was fun to try.

Probably because it was damn near impossible to do so. The driving around the city busting ghosts was okay, but then they toss in the Zuul Stairway... Remember how in the movie the Ghostbusters have to climb 30 flights of stairs or so? They made you do exactly that in the game. OF ALL the sequences from the movie to put in the game STAIR CLIMBING!

Ooh. I was further from 'beating' the game than I thought then, I didn't get to do any Stairbusting. I recall the city going nuts with hauntings, Stay Puft showing up, and that's about it.
