Biscuit base fudge

Has anyone tried making fudge on top of a biscuit base

Make the fudge so that you're happy with the caramelisation, and then pour it on top of the biscuit base would be my suggestion. It'll set to the base and stick.

I haven't done it, but it's a good idea.

Oh, and stir the fudge enough so you'll be happy with the texture too - so it might be more of a 'spread it on' than pour it on. Depends on your fudge.

That was roughly the plan. Mix up the fudge and then pour from pot to tray and see how it goes.
