He was found not guilty of murder by the jury. The judge, in paragraph 3 of her judgement which I will link when I get home says she must sentence according to the jury's decision. Thus, we have the above quote where she made her decision based on the jury's verdict.

But doesn't the use of "I'm nevertheless not satisfied" indicate that she agrees with the Jury? Or is it one of those points where the Judge must speak/write as thought the Jury's decision is their own?
Also note that the discussion was regarding what kind of manslaughter it was and didn't alter the sentence. The judge ended up sentencing him with pretty much precisely what the prosecution asked for.
