Semi-Annual Meeting

The semi-annual meeting or should I say bitchfest was on Saturday at 8:00 in the morning. We have been under a new managing director  for at least four months now, but I was not expecting this to affect the way the meetings were run. Instead of the managing director talking, the safety director spoke for only ten minutes, we proceeded to complete

Braaaah. It's posts like this that make me celebrate leaving there. I couldn't stand the double-standard and the fact that you guys will likely get in trouble for all of that, after they told you it was good.

Yeah, I know I won't be getting in trouble for it, because I do my job the right way, but few people back there do the same. Mike doesn't even do his job right and he is a supervisor. Not that I want that job back, but things sure as hell ran a lot smoother when it was Shelly, Danielle and myself as supervisors. Even though Danielle stopped caring when it came down to her last few months, she still did a better job at keeping the place clean than Mike has. He is a nice guy, but really I don't think he deserves the position.
