Question?

If I'm going to make some outfits to sell; should I pre-wash the fabric?  Do the bigger doll companies prewash the fabrics they use for clothes?  We have an HE washer now so I can't buy regular detergent...O.o  I don't want to wash the fabric if someone is going to be allergic to it.  ;3

In general, I only prewash the fabric if it is dark or red, or if I really worry about it shrinking up a ton if it does get washed. Otherwise I don't stress it. ^^
