kikay - maarteng babae / binabae; hence applicable to both girls and the third sex.

kikay - too girly, due to numerous and various accessories, esp in the hair.

kikay - applies to all genders (4 total? ^__^), and ages... being overly concerned with physical appearance... really putting time, effort, and money into looks
