Eggs and pain

mrs_ladybug and I went to the gym for the first time in a while yesterday. I'm not sure if I didn't stretch well enough, or if I pushed myself too hard, but I've got this really annoying pain in my chest whenever I bend the wrong way. To clarify, there are very few right ways I can bend. Sigh. All in the name of weightloss.

I told you that you should take it slowly and if you feel the need to work harder you should bump the down to a fast walk and do that for longer. That would build up you endurance and you need that. But no, me and the rest of the working out world must be wrong. You don't have to believe me but please do some research. I've always been told that if you keep the speed right at the edge of plenty but not too much and you work at it until you can do that comfortablly for 45 min, then you are ready to increase the pressure but each time you must measure it by "can you sustain this amount of activity for 30 to 45 mins without dying?" It's better for your mind, your heart and your various overworked chest muscles who were not prepared to work so hard helping you resparate last night. They need to be conditioned to do the work you ask of them too.
