The news is full of the predictable stories of rebuilding and weariness over the multiple hurricanes Florida has had to endure in the last couple of months. Yeah, when you are running understaffed, they damn well better put that into consideration. Not that they do that in Florida Goverment, mind you. Not certainly in an office that is regularly at 50% staff and losing bodies on an almost monthly basis.......
