Aw. We miss you, too. Maybe now that you have a car, we'll see you at TBA meetings more often. That'd be cool.

The missus is trying a simple variation on a weight loss program - dont eat junk food =D

I need to do something similar - bet if i just cut out the sodas and junk, I'd start dropping too.

As for work, I hope they are about giving you a hand, but I think ive counseled you already about updating the resume and quietly looking for a new job, just in case.

I was really surprised how much having a guidance system like Weightwatchers' Flex Points can help. Following that plan, it actually has gotten to the point where I sometimes PREFER salads over hamburgers. And the mentality is different, too. I can still have sodas, I just have to budget for them, so to speak.

We had a meeting with the new brass yesterday, and I'm excited about the possibilities. We spoke with First Advantage's CIO, and he said he was a big fan of process and project planning. Those two things are what we are sorely missing in our department. Once this guy gets things rolling, I'm excited to see what will happen.

PREFER SALADS OVER BURGERS? Our president has gone MAD =P

Well, if you can get the project where you want it, get things on track and pick up some supervisory skills along the way, then it's all good.
