Been off coke for 2 months to this day. In Ed last entry he said he drinks way too much coke and it isn't even good. I think that's the bottom line - it isn't even good. It's disgusting. Fuck that noise

The reason why you weigh less in the morning is because as you sleep your body still needs energy to repair itself from the onslaughts of the day...so in order to gain energy it burns glucose. Glucose forms into 4 cells and they stick together within a water molecule. Your body gains Glucose from Carbs...So while sleeping (the first 2-3 hours of sleeping) your body works 90% harder than it does during the rest of your sleeping period, and it uses said water to do so...SOOO you're actually loosing what is known as "Water Weight" because Glucose makes up 70% of the water molecule. So if your total body water weight is 7 pounds of water (about normal) you'll lose 4.9 pounds by morning...neat huh
