Damn you Microsoft!!! Thank to ActiveX control, some rogue programs have forced its way into my computer right in front of my very eyes. All it took is just one Pop-under to start all the suffering. I think it is called xload.exe. You know what, I surfed the net very carefully and have my security setting high, and I am still getting this crap...

There are several steps... with things like this (if you pursue it) it would be a good idea to print, or at least jot the important points down, before proceeding.
