I think this is the first color piece I have seen you do.

I would not say that the barrel is too non descript. You could try lightening it up but only a wee bit and that might make things pop more. I would be satisfied with that more.

I think that the pose looks quite natural and your foreshortening is done very well.

It looks to be a VERY large firearm, since your entire right hand is cupping it. The sight on the back of the gun seems to be missing, but otherwise I can see the gun fine.
You might want to blue-line the rest of your body in sketch below, to see if you like the pose.

Good point on the back of the gun, I was trying to imagine the foreshortening. But it did look like the back of the gun is missing. I try to fix that up as well. I am going to post the fix up one, hope it look batter than this one. Thanks for the input. :P *hug*

Yes! it is a shotgun, but not sawed off one. :)
After all, shotgun is "THE" weapon of choice fight against ZOMBIES. :D
