I was eating ham today that still had the skin on. It had the same texture as a sow's skin and it sickened me. I had to spit it out...it completely turned me off to all kinds of meat

umm the excess stuff is either thrown out or used in dog food. also umm you love hot dogs upon other meat

The process of getting milk is actually very cruel to the animals, and if I was vegatarian, I wouldn't drink it.

Very hard to doo...I made it a lil over a week eating no meat....then i broke x( now i just cut back ...dont eat as much and yeah...but best of luck to you!<333
