Woah, this is really intense.

I'm really disliking this Callie, though I think you've written a valid reason why she behaves the way she does.

My heart will always beat for Arizona though, and here my heart is bleeding for her.

Looking forward to reading next instalment.

I think, in my fic if not the show, Callie has been frozen by events. She's like an automaton. She looks normal and acts within a normal range but her heart, her soul, they've just stopped functioning. Maybe its a protective defence mechanism.

Something needs to happen to kick start her again. To make her be again that warm kind empathic character so many people loved. Penny hasn't been enough to do that.

Thank you! the next chapter will have less narrative and more dialogue and a bit of action. So it remains to be seen if those who liked chapter 1 will like chapter 2 but we shall see.
