ok so i havent been swimming in a really long time.. like actually SWIMMING and ive been watching swimming on the plyimpics alot.. so im like hey.. it cant be TOO hard.. so i get in the water i swim one lap and im so tired i cant move my arms.... how discouraging.. icant wait for practice to start so i can get back into shape
