My body aches. Aches. Painful.
The step instructor kicked my ass... it was a great class and the music was AWESOME. She started out with a remix of Shiny Disco Balls, yay. It was non-stop trance for 50 minutes... if the lights we dim and I had a drink I would have been in heaven.

Shock Therapy is tonight. Go Go Go.

You would have LOVED the class... although the step moves could have been a bit more interesting.
