Rhi Rhi it's one of those terrible things. But you must not think about that when you travel. You probably have more chance of dying here in Perth than getting killed by terrorists. Once you are on your plane or bus or wherever you may be it's too late to do anything so enjoy yourself.
When I was in Edinburgh a girl from Kalgoorlie got killed by a piece of rubble falling from a building. She just happened to be in the wrong place at the right time. In short, when your time is us it's up. So try and not think about these things and just concentrate planning your trip and having a good time etc.

I cant help that but I just had the restrictions and things that these terrorist people make...I mean no hand luggage - thats just plain annoying.

I recall 1 month before I headed to the UK that the London bombings occurred and did unsettle me a bit at first but then I realised I'd be letting the so-called terrorists control my life if I changed my plans. At the end of the day you'd have to be very unlucky to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. So I wouldn't go letting it sway you one way or the other! I haven't moved anywhere yet - still crashing over Sam's!!
