Lol. Parents who don't let their children get jobs are HINDERING THEIR CHILDRENS SUCCESS IN LIFE!

And, I accept the fact that I will indeed be forgotten eventually, so I mostly just try to appreciate whatever ancestors' blood flows in me now in the hopes that generations that have been *sprung from my loins* will also appreciate me and the life I have given them, because DNA is indeed the only possibility for permanent remembrance each person has.

Well. That was more thought than I'm used to putting into questions like that.

Hmm... I don't ever want to be forgotten though... The idea makes me sad... But then, I'm vain and self centered and secretly, I've wanted to be an actress all my life so that I can be admired for how good I am. Everyone has DNA. I don't want to be remembered for my blasted DNA. I might as well be Dolly the Sheep.

Okay anyone who would pay that much for you to "remember" them obviously has a thing for you. And if you don't have a thing for him don't let him pay for it, because in his mind if he pays for it, then you will fall in love with him. And you won't, so don't break his heart. I want a tattoo too!

Why would you need a tattoo to be remembered? And if you forget each other then maybe he was never really that important to you. Not saying that he isn't, but yeah whatever. Go for the tattoo if you want it really bad though. Maybe you could pay him back one day. Where are you getting it done?

LoL, I don't need a tattoo to be remembered. I'm going to get one anyway, and he offered to pay for it. I told him I wouldn't forget him anyway, but he said at least this way he can make sure. I think I want to get it done on the back of my neck.

I won't ever be forgotten, people already tell me that they want my autograph ahead of time so they rack it in big when i get my name outside of rockford since everybody here knows me already! well, i guess you just have to be yourself to not be forgotten, i can't for like 15-20 years to go to the high school reunion and see how evrybody's doing it would just fill my heart with joy

Why do you worry about being forgotten? It's inevitable one way or the other. The first one being while your alive and leave people, the other is dying lol. Chances are people from from the 1820's arent being remembered by anyone.

But anyway on a lighter note. Does it matter if others forget you as long as you have memories of that person alive in your mind?

I don't see anything in there that says that I worry about being forgotten. I don't know why he worries about being forgotten though...

If you still have that memory of that person in your mind, wouldn't you be asking yourself why they don't have a memory of you? Wouldn't that make you feel insignificant?
