I'm still in training right now, but with my last job it's easy! :) I like it a lot so far.
Moving to Wal Mart was a .70$ pay increase per hour, as well as opportunities(moving up, management, different departments) and things like that. It just offers a lot more for me and I am starting out getting paid .70$ more with more hours and better benefits. The job that I had(I am finishing my last day tomorrow)doesn't offer ANY benefits for part time employees and I was never promised hours. Some weeks I'd have 14 hours, others I'd have 30, some times I'd have 35, things like that. He keeps hiring more cashiers when we didn't need them which also makes the hours dwindle. All in all, it's a better move!
