Oh no Dean! I like that you're letting us see the progress of his recovery but that at the same time it's not enough for Dean.

OK - I'm about to start posting ch. 7, but I needed to respond to you guys first! So glad that you like the format of this story. My intention is to show him progressing through the stages of grief; the rise and fall of emotions, trying to remain his old self while struggling with complex emotions that won't disappear and no outlet this time in which to get rid of them. Hopefully it's coming through! Thanks for reading.

Oh man, you're so mean to stop it here. I hate cliffhangers. But I assume whatever happens, Dean's not gonna die right now (you talking about a three arc story etc). Poor Sam, he's trying so hard.

So I guess it's a little late to comment on the cliffie when I'm about to post the resolution. But just trust that there is a lot of story left to tell and dean isn't getting out of it this easily! He is struggling with a ton of depression, but eventually he will learn to live through this. Hope you like how it all turns out!
