if you look closely thats a new "supressor shroud" that goes all the way to the foregrip, makes it look kinda SD... m16SD1, or M16SD3 prototype because the real M16SD3 i made up has a free floating foregrip so that a silencer starts from like 2-3 inches inside that and sticks out...
