i know i know. But keep in mind im tall so i take a long stride, and on a treadmill there is only a limited amount of space, so i spent most of the time taking little steps at about 6.5 miles per hour, then near the end i bumped it up to 7 some miles an hour and i was taking full stride with less energy, meaning i could have done it faster if my body didnt feel weird on the stupid machine.
ooh crap i forgot what i had read, im supposed to do 1.5 miles in 13:45... if i pushed myself i feel i may have been able to do that, but i dunno. im quite unfit.
