I did NOT just leap through the computer and rip the IT guy's face off for informing me (after fixing what I actually asked him to fix on the server-side) that our main printer is low on toner and he can set up a service call to get that fixed if I don't know how to -- set up the service call, that is; me not knowing how to order or change the ( Read more... )
