NOOOOO AMANDA!!!! I heard you were using crystal. it's okay to do sometimes, but you will get hooked on that stuff without realizing it. you'll get used to staying up, you won't be able to sleep even when you try, you'll do ridiculous things to get it because you're coming down and your stomach is empty after tweaking for three days without food or sleep and you'll be feeling so much like shit. if you do insist on using it, at least be smart. eat whenever you can; force that shit down. drink a lot of water and juice and liquids and stuff because crystal makes your system speed up a lot and you already weigh 90 pounds; dont get any lighter, woman! I'm worried about you! I don't want you dying or anything. you've got to be mentally strong and either realize you can't go a day without having and need to take a break or that you can turn it down whenever and take breaks to get sleep and eat. You'll feel better after a nap, food and shower.
