I finally returned yesterday from a wonderful trip with my wife up to the North Shore. (Actually, to the exact same place we went on our honeymoon.) It was cold and windy, with morose-looking skies and barely any people around, and it was great. We went to Temperance State Park and the Splitrock Lighthouse and walked around outside a while, but

That you should be a writer, even a photographic writer. I'd say movie critic because you love movies and criticizing them. The city pages would probably give you your own section for crapterpiece theatre. Imagine all the photoshopped goodness in there :-D YEAH!

I've pestered City Pages off-and-on for about 3 years now and the response I usually get is that I should enter their intern program. In retrospect, that's what I should have done straight out of college (when my life didn't have things like a mortgage in it).

Anyhow, I was recently asked to be the playwright/dramaturge for Upright Egg's Fringe Festival show in August. We start rehearsals soon and I'm excited!
