I took Typography and Drawing also. Drawing was my favorite class in the whole program I was in, followed closely by Photography. The people in those were whack as shit and so were the teachers. Typography's fun if you get the right kind of instructor and textbook... or if you're just really into type. The teacher I did not have had this assignment where you got to make up a new letter for the alphabet, including deciding what sound it made and writing it within a sentence. I thought that was cool. My instructor had us practice writing Proud To Be An American on Bristol board in a stylized patriotic typeface... not so cool.
